To move on to something new
biokinesis is getting easier and easier for me

so I'd like to learn something else

so brothers and sisters, what's a slightly more challenging next step?
I've been interested in the more obscure things
so any suggestions?

If you have a research journal, I would appreciate a copy of it.
I will gladly share my research on the power of music, chants and tones as well if there is any wish for it.
And as for a new challenge, I'd say... pyrokinesis, cryokinesis, or omniscience. The highest form of divination.

Electrokinesis. Deep meditation to lightning. Have it strike your solar plexus chakra 1-2 times, and direct that energy thru out your body, first, then to your throat, 3rd eye, and crown chakras. Do this for 2 weeks straight, before starting on melding your mind with electronics and people.

I'm sorry I have no written journal ( can't risk my parents finding it)
but I can tell you how,

every night before bed, I soak up alot of green energy, and see it as a large sphere which breaks into smaller spheres, these hover above my body over every muscle I want to make stronger, I affirm to my aura " I am stronger" or " my muscles are taking in vibrant green energy to become stronger"

the smaller spheres then shoot into my body and I vizuaise my aura flaring up into green almost like fire
then I do some sort of exercise to engage my muscles
I started out with regular pushups

I now do them one arm at a time and my biceps have actualy grown quite a bit
my legs are seeming to just grow and strengthen on their own as well as my abs

you will feel almost nothing at first
but after about 2 weeks of doing this every night, after your affirmation, you will feel your muscles actualy start to spasm and move on their own, before you even start to exercise ( this scared the shit out of me the first time it happened, but it's normal)

after a month of this, you will start to see results. But they will be very very slight.
Until one day you do like me and outrun someone who used to be faster than you,
or lift something super heavy and think " wow this is light"
