A personal one is a house fire that occured when I was younger very soon after my mom prayed for help cleaning the basement. In their bedroom they found a little Easter cross coloring cut out thing that was on the ground but there was something on top of it that made the soot not be on the cross part. They hung that on the fridge and said it was a sign from gawd.

My mom later said I guess we shouldn't pray for help in cleaning stuff anymore.

Once, a light fixture somehow melted and caused a tiny fire and bit of plastic/material smoke in a church I was in. It was nothing big at all, but outside some were praying about it. I thought, while I was still a christian at that time, that that was so stupid. It was certainly nothing bad at all - like some fake brand electrical devices (which you might have seen on TV) are worse than that. I think that realisation of how stupid they were to pray for that was one of the earliest wake-up calls I had about the retardation of christianity.

On a more serious note who sits there and prays for help in cleaning something or like you said. so confusing and shows such a dependent mindset. But how would a God help someone clean something. I can't wrap my head around this either. But it happened again later. I swear it

The car caught on fire under her seat. We all got out ok but I thought this stuff was strange even though I didn't fully believe in xtianity I was like around 11 at the time. I don't remember what my impression was but I certainly thought of the first fire.

Then was a third house fire in 2019 I wasn't even present that time so not sure how everything went down. A Facebook post made was.
Our house has burned we lost a lot of things but praise Gawd. The way she was talking about praise Gawd on there it sounded like she thought it was another sign of something.
