Final RTR

I think i will have to stop doing the final RTR for now because after the RTR i try to clean my self but can't really vizualize the light and i'm also using the flash from my phone on my face with eyes closed but it's like nothing. I'm programing the energy i rise from the meditations for better vizualization hope it will work and i will start to exercise my vizualization with symbols like the pentagram pointing down and others.
I don't want to stop the RTR...
Will i have problems if i don't clean my aura and chakras good enough after the RTR?

You don't have to see it if you just know that it's happening. Almost the entire spectrum of light is invisible to people and we only see the smallest section of the light that is there. So just relax and know that the light really is there and it is working, and don't worry if it starts as invisable light. This works this way. Then you will improve and it will get easier.

Alright but how do you know it still works even if i can't see it right or at all? Is it my attention?
Because i used my attention to ameliorate pain and it worked didn't fell pain after doing that trick just concentrating on that spot.
