Final RTR pronunciation help

I have been doin the final RTR daily. But I am not sure how to pronounce/vibrate certain letters. I need help with P, T, K, KH, D as in PUG • VUHT• KEED-AHTS• FUHKH• DUY

I really don’t understand how to pronounce/ vibrate these letters in the example alphabet.. I want to be of maximum help by doing the whole RTR correctly please help..

Thanks a lot. But I’m confused now I thought the letters are to be vibrated like Vvvvvvvvv-uuuuuuuhhhhh-tttttttt like how one vibrates mantras but they are just spoken in the video???? I have been vibrating them like that till now?????
