I have a question on this part of the body, How would i go about healing it? I recently found out from my mri that not only do I have nystagmis where the eyes move at a rapid pace back and forth but mine are also damaged the retna is fucked up, thinner than normal wich leads the doctor to belive that the operation I can get for the nystagmis may be uselss anyway because of the retna. The retna is white, very pail. My eyes move all sorts of directions instead of just back and forth or up and down, if it helps you can look it up.

PS. now that i truely know what's wrong with them I will now try to heal them. However I cannot still read any of Maxines books like Iw ant to, so for now can someone also tll me what the kundilini meditation is, it gets stuck at the back of my neck. The heat does.
