Feels like my eye is forcing its self open

So this started Saturday night, I have been getting random headaches, after this incedent my dreams have became more vivid. Then the headaches started again, but now I had just realized that it is concentrated at the pineal gland and it feels as if my third eye.is trying to force its self open. If somebody knows why, I would greatly appreciate it if someone told me.

Maybe because this is the point of doing Power Meditation?? Your Soul is opening. This is a very positive thing. But why are you even asking this when it is clearly stated that it is to be expected?

Hello friend,
To be honest i have not heard of anyone's third eye opening on its own even though i have heard of people's 3rd being already much more opened but from a very young age.
Did you try any 3rd eye opening meditation or any stuff related to that?
Also, it might be possible that your 3rd eye start to get more opened if you have done any 6th chakra opening meditations.

The strange thing is, is that I haven't meditated for quite sometime I have done power and the opening meditation a few times.

That's the strange thing, I only did power meditation and the opening meditation a few times.
