I’ve always been afraid of lizards, even more than snakes. Strangely, a mini snake doesn’t bother me nearly as much as a regular lizard. I know both lizards and snakes have deep symbolic meanings—snakes are often seen as sacred, lizards linked to Corrupted Beings. I wonder if this fear has karmic roots, maybe from past lives, or if it’s just the result of a childhood trauma. Has anyone experienced something similar?

Fear of Lizards: Trauma, Karma or Past Lives
I don't think it's something that significant. Feeling disgusted with small animals such as lizards and cockroaches is natural.
Just to clarify – I have no problem approaching or even touching the following animals: all kinds of insects, arachnids, mice and rodents, amphibians, reptiles like chameleons, turtles, crocodiles, as well as worms and earthworms. My fear is very specific: it’s only triggered by creatures that look like lizards or snakes—especially if they have dark green, brown, or black coloring.

It is true that there are many kinds of snakes that have a deadly venom. It sounds like you are afraid of lizards that look similar to the venomous snakes. That is a natural reaction. It is possible that in a previous lifetime, you or someone you knew may have died from a venomous reptile to make you more afraid of them. There is nothing wrong with this reaction because it is meant to protect you.
