Ez chakra spin

When I perform this meditation is it important to only focus on the actual chakra? Or the extensions as well? :O much guidance would be appreciated thank you!

I do it for the extensions as well. I find I feel more balanced.

Do what feels good, and what you are able to do.

As general advice though, it is better to focus on the center chakra vortexes when you are new. When you start to open up, it will be easier and much more productive to focus on the extensions also.

Or, maybe you are already open enough to get a real boost out of focusing on the extensions. If so, go for it.

But it's better to focus on the center chakras when the extensions are stuck and closed. When the central chakras become powerful enough, the extensions will start to open. Then you will know it's maybe time to work on them, too.
