EZ chakra spin

when doing the ez chakra spin do i align them...? but the real question is how do i spin the heart chakra if it has 2 points??? how do i spin the heart chakra?

AND it depends what you want your chakras to do - to absorb the energy (counter clockwise) or project it (clockwise).

If I spin my chakras, I spin them to absorb energy - from Sahasrara to the upper Anahata they spin counter clockwise - which they do - as well as my lower ones, but from 'above' they look as if they were spinning clockwise - which they don't in fact.

<td val[/IMG]This is what I do Shannon,I always count 6 counts.So for the heart chakra,I count 3 spinning the bottom three,then I count 3 spinning the top three chakras.That one has always been a little confusing to me too.Hope this helps you some sister.

Wider part of upper chakras up and of the lower chakras down.

the two parts of the heart chakra 'intersect' each other - so to say - so basically the two tornadoes 'touch' each other in the middle.

Currently now i'm gonna start EZ chakra spin and this is the first time i would do it. I just have a little confusion. 1. Do I have to visualize white-gold/white light on each of my chakra after completing EZ chakra spin? 2. Can I clean chakra after spinning them or i think cleaning chakras should be done before spinning them eh?

Clean them before spinning them and sometimes WHILE spinning them I clean them. White gold light symbolizes them elevating and increasing its vibration.

<td val[/IMG]I always clean mine before I spin each one too.It just makes more sense to me to clean before spinning.Plus I work around a lot of kikes so to me it makes more sense to clean each one first.

Hey everyone I just finished doing the ez chakra spin and I felt each one of my chakras like a slight pain with a very vibrant color of each I was just curious and wanted to know if this was positive feedback thanks!
