have any of you guys noticed that like ever since like 2006 alot of movies dealing with extraterrestrials have been coming out?! like seriously. is it just a coincidence or is it the way to get people not to believe in them? because ive noticed that people say "oh that cant be real, i saw that on tv" shit like that. any feedback people?

My take on it is that the government is fully aware of these ET's. I think its a way for them to slowly introduce the public to alien lifestyles. For all thoses that do not know or refuse to believe. To me it acts as a way to break people in for alien encounters. Agreed. Take that new movie "Paul" for instance where they have made a grey into a sort of lovable, bumbling character, the complete opposite of what they really are. We're being "fattened up" so to speak. Ha!

But also, you've got movies like the Fourth Kind. I didn't see the
whole thing, but I watched like the last third of it with my mom and
dad. It was hella creepy, and the ET's certainly weren't all cuddly
and lovable in that one. The being actually said it was 'saviour',
which I thought pretty telling. But yes, over all, most movies are
pro-alien.

I totally agree w/ you, Mac. I've noticed the increase in alien, as well as asteroid movies, and w/ each viewing wonder which part of that movie comes from fact. I strongly believe there are little truths in each movie, that when put together in a certain order, will tell a little about our future, as well as our past,(or beginning). Hell, The Matrix is a version of how The One thrives off of their "faith & prayers" I guess its that, how's it go, "life imitates art, art imitates life" "They" whoever they are, are preparing the populace for whatever it is that's "coming to a theatre near you"!
