I started doing this a few months ago, every second or third day instead of the regular circulation (I would alternate between Kai Purr's method and this one) to see if I actually felt a difference and so far it pans out, so I've recently started doing this method every time.
Bringing the P stone up the front chakras (beginning of the circulation, starting from your heart or sacral, whichever you keep it in), instead of going from 3rd eye - crown - 6th chakra - pineal gland and so on, try doing:
3rd eye - crown - gold chakra above head - silver chakra above that - 10th & 11th chakras above that - back down to crown - 6th chakra - continue circulation as usual.
What this does: more bliss, and empowers the chakras above the head.
