You can find pdf versions of those pages on GITM's backup, found on this thread. The links on exposing Islam can be clicked on inside the pdf file. I didn't check if they are up or not, but for anything that is not up, you can always use Wayback machine (internet archive) to view it.

Also, Ol argedco luciftias's backup is found within that thread as well. I think he has another post about it as well.
