I use a fantastic program called strong lifts 5x5, it has a website and an app for free use. It focuses on burning fat and gaining muscle so if you do it don't get discouraged if you weight goes up, as muscle weights more than fat.

Yes exercise is very good. Everyone should try to become physically stronger along with their power meditation program. I do yoga and have been doing weight lifting and cardio work outs. In fact its necessary to become physically strong to be able to handle high bioelectricity. Plus its good to help you relieve stress, be more confident, and keep your body healthy.

Exercise will increase your strength and endurance when coupled with proper form, technique, amount of reps, and the duration of exercise. Also, you will not be getting much gain if you do not support your body's ability to create muscle. Therefore a proper diet is essential. Most gyms have personal trainers that can go over meal planning with you. As with all things be responsible.
