I know about Bangladesh's current regime being Islamic and all that but you see there are many cures for covid19 coronavirus which are suppressed. I know of cases where people healed from it without being hospitalized and without any prescription medicines at all. We could had already cured coronavirus if Indian government had not banned Ayurvedic inject-able medicines in 90s. Many Ayurvedic inject-ables had wide spectrum antiviral and antibiotic capabilities. I had posted MMS as covid medicine in past and eventually worked upon it to make it better form that is Chlorine Dioxide Solution(CDS) as mentioned by Dr Andreas Kalcker. CDS is pure chlorine dioxide in water. Nothing else. The thing is that people on this forum either did not understand it, were not interested or found the post useless so i did not post anything further. After seeing your post I decided to reply even if nobody is interested.
For covid you can do simple things with locally available medicines as well. Like-
1) Keep positive mind: You already survived covid. You wont get it again. Keeping everything locked down is wet dream of Jew. HP HoodedCobra and HP Shanon has spoken extensively on this. COVID has a 99% survival rate. Covid deaths are scam. People many times die by other diseases and their deaths are reported as covid deaths as they test positive for covid. Covid testing happens by PCR which is an iterative process. Many people get false positive readings because of this. Covid tests have a high false positive rates.

2) Water Steam inhalation- Use steam inhalation machine/induction cook top with water placed on it/any type of rice cooker/pressure cooker. The hot steam when inhaled upto comfort and tolerance level can kill many viruses in sinus cavity. You can add hydrogen peroxide to this water as well. It may not be food grade. Just make sure that overall mixture makes hydrogen peroxide less than 1% if you are using non food grade and less than 3% if using food grade.
3) Sinus rinsing-Use neti pot/nasal syringe/positive pressure device filled with salt water. Use distilled water to make salt water or atleast use bottled packaged/RO purified water. Follow this link to make a hypertonic saline solution

You can also use 1% food grade hydrogen peroxide for this but i am not sure
4) Take vitamin c and zinc supplements or take more foods having it.
5) MMS/CDS/Food Grade Hydrogen peroxide: Since you are in a place like Bangladesh and you probably would be living with parents, I wont recommend this but it did gave me instant relief last time i used it. MMS saved my life. The nasal MMS protocol was powerful. It saved my life. Since you are in Bangladesh, getting access to food grade Hydrogen peroxide would be really tough/expensive for you. Sodium Chlorite and Citric acid/Hydrochloric Acid are something easily and very cheaply available in Bangladesh so I thought would recommend that to you to make your own MMS/CDS.
6) Nebulizer: In a nebulizer use CDS(Do not use activated MMS. For CDS which is as per dr kalcker 1 part 1500ppm CDS to 2 part distilled water at start and then only CDS if you can tolerate that) or 3% or less food grade hydrogen peroxide(You may need to dilute food grade hydrogen peroxide) or saline water(Buy saline from medical shop for nebulization. Do not do it yourself.). The advantage of nebulizer is that the disinfecting hydrogen peroxide/CDS goes deep into lungs. A nebulizer costs like $40-50 and may seem a lot but CDS in a nebulizer did relieve me of my chronic congestion issues and was way more worth than some toxic shit like steroids or something else.
