Lucid dreaming is most probably not astral projection, in astral projection you are literally projecting your astral body to travel the astral realm, but in lucid dreaming you are merely in a controlled state where you can control what happens in your dreams.
In astral projection you aren't exactly sleeping. But in lucid DREAMING (hence the name) you are asleep and are not experiencing reality. Just your own dreams and subconscious mind. You are in your mind, not in the astral realm.
Lucid mean a state of lucidity(mind clarity) which mean that you FULLY understand the reality you are in, the dream reality in this case, and yes, bad entities can be made by subcinciousness just as they may appear in astral, is not a big difference, in both astral and lucid dreaming the gods as well as enemy/our subciousness desires may appear , and both need experiecing , understanding and practice to master and fully USE.
The Gods do indeed come in lucid dreams, and they don't necesarily "prove" that they are not our subconciousness desires by simply appeae, they do understand that they may be seen as creations of our minds in our dreams, they usually do prove by giving extremly useful informations for ones evolution that the enemies will never give to anybody.
Lucid dreaming is not easy to achieve, it takes work as well as astral projection, and both need as I stated hard work.
You can go in a dream full of subconcious creations of your mind as well as you can astral projecting in a house full of very powerfull bad entities,or simply having not working your AOP and being attacked from all sides, in both cases
Your experience will not be to good , it all depends on YOU.
The advantages of lucid dreams are that, you work mainly with the mind not with the soul,for many this may be a life saver , for some not.
Mastering the lucid dream mean that you completly make the difference between the creation of your mind in there and other beings interracting with you through it, and also being in full control in there(a strong mind is needed)
I was personally attacked there, I tought about Satan there and he touched my shoulder and the enemy dissapeared and I woke up to the light of his Aura that filled all the room, I was shaking and sweating lile crazy , barely breathing and half unconciousness, half paralyzed, and he touched me on the back of my neck , I felt warmth and my body stopped shaking and I slowly regained conciousness.
I will write a topic on this , explaining some methods and ways to use this lucid dream.
