Where there are a very small number of people who have all wealth and power, and the majority of people have no money and no power. And the majority of people live like slaves who are completely dependent on what is given to them by the few wealthy people. The way to fix this is by having a healthy capitalist society. I am not saying all capitialism is automatically good because it is possible for this to be abused too. But a strong economy where there are many good jobs available and it is possible to make a good amount of money from these jobs.
