entering other dimensions.

Greetings High Priestess and High Priests!
Hello brethren and sisters!
As you know this is about dimensions and being able to "enter" them.. I recently was reading a section based on brain wave and what each level does, and I got a few questions on this.. For instance this page states that once you enter theta state you're able to accesses the astral worlds as well as achieve enlightenment, and enter other dimensions.
my questions are:
Can someone being adept enough be awake and still be in a alpha or theta level??
Can someone with enough knowledge and skills be able to physically enter another dimension?
Also it says there are four MAIN brainwave cycles..
So are there more cycles? Or is it just the deeper you go into a trance you just enter the next cycle??
