Energy Vampires?

I'm not sure where else to turn with this... Hopefully someone else here has some experience with this issue... I live on the 2nd floor of a 3 story apartment building. I have 3rd story neighbors living above me who literally follow me around my apartment all day long walking directly above me make obnoxious noises all day long - stomping, banging, tapping, etc. They don't seem to work at all...annoying me seems to be their whole reason for existence. I wouldn't be so concerned about this except for the fact that this is at least the 4th or 5th time this sort of thing has happened to me during the last 20 years. Every time that this has happened to me, the neighbors doing it have been different, but they all seem to have the following common traits: they rarely if ever leave their apartments (sometimes not for weeks), they keep their blinds closed for weeks/months on end, they seem to know exactly where I am at all times in my apartment (based on the pattern of their harassment), anytime I'm in a positive mood their harassment increases greatly, and finally I seem to be the sole target for their harassment (i.e. my wife is never targeted). In all cases, I have never met my tormentors. Are these people "energy vampires" who are harassing me in order to produce a negative vibe and then feed off it? It seems odd to me that this same scenario would keep happening to me over and over in different apartments and different cities over a 20 year period.

About me... I am *9 years old and have been perusing the JOS site on/off for the past 4 years. I've read a large portion of the materials in the JOS library. At age *5, I started feeling drawn to Satanism like I had known it in a previous life. I have felt the same way about WW2 regime since I was a child. The only meditation I've done at this point is just beginner stuff like aura cleansing and void meditation. Also, I've had some success doing workings for my health and my wife's health, so I assume my aura already has a certain level of strength from past life work. Also, my mother had some limited psychic ability. She could touch people's hands and see past events from their lives.

Regarding the situation with my current upstairs neighbors, I performed an exercise the other day where I used my energy to "push them" out of my space while at the same time attempting to tell them telepathically to stop harassing me and to leave this apartment complex for good. At the exact moment I was performing that "working," their harassment became off the chart horrible, but then there was zero harrassment from them during the next day (a first).

Another thing possibly related to all of this is that I have begun to see "shadow figures" in my bedroom at night during the past month...which has never happened to me before during my life.

Any help with this situation would be greatly appreciated...

This is very odd... how are they able to always know where you are?

Anyway, I would suggest doing a binding spell, but since you don't know how they look like at all it might become very difficult to direct the energy. A curse would have the same problem.
What about creating something like a thoughtform/a ball of condensed dirty or death energy and just send it upwards, where they are supposed to be? I don't know if it's a valid advice tho, other members should give feedback before you attempt this.

Are you sure you don't have very bad Planets in your Natal Chart regarding house? You may have heavy and negative Aspects from Saturn to your Moon or 4th house vet rules home. Also it might be the enemy targeted you and sent a curse to your (generic) living place? Sometimes curses may manifest through people. It happened to me that people walking
in the street harassed me for no reason, profetizing communist stuff or just annoying me.
Might also be some of your parents or someone who really doesn't want you to live far from them and strongly praying Xian energies for you to come back, with the result of those Energies annoying you.

I would suggest to reinforce your Moon and build a protection around your flat or bind your neighbors daily with the Isa Rune.

My neighbors definitely know where I am in my apartment at all times. I have experimented many times with walking very quietly from room to room to room, and they follow my every move a few seconds later. Either these are "beings" who can sense the energy signature of my aura or else they have every room of my apartment rigged with cameras! Also, I mentioned that my wife is immune to their abusive behavior. As soon as she enters the same room as me, their abusive behavior either stops completely or disipates by 80-90%.

Keep in mind, I am a beginner regarding power meditation, but my aura does seem to have some limited power from my past lives. For example, I have been able to successfully do some simple healing workings on my wife. That said... I attempted on a couple of occasions workings similar to what you describe where I would imagine my neighbors sleeping while covered with gray energy/mist and I would state a negative affirmation towards them. I can't really tell that this has made any difference at all. Maybe I wasn't doing the working properly, or maybe I'm simply not powerful enough to pull it off.

Zevios Metathronos - Thank you for your response. With all due respect, if you think everything I've described are just normal living conditions, then you are the only person I've spoken to about this who thinks so (Satanists or otherwise). Things that make this different are:

* The neighbors described follow me all day long from the time I wake up until the time I go to bed...24/7 365...without any break on their part...as evidenced by their stomping noises a few feet above my head for 16 hours per day. They are able to follow me from room to room within seconds of me moving no matter how quiet I am. How can they possibly know where I am at all times - 16 hours per day, 24/7, 365? That simply doesn't make any sense.
* The exact scenario described in the point above has followed me to different cities, different apartments, and with different neighbors 4-5 different times over a 20 year period. The odds of this recurring again and again are incredibly small.
* As I described, there is a whole spiritual aspect to this that has nothing to do with noise - shadow figures, orbs, spirits getting into bed with me, possession by a spirit, etc. All of those things started happening to me when my current neighbors moved in.
* Also, when I've tried to do negative workings on these neighbors (all done in my head without speaking), they throw horrible temper tantrums of loud noise directly above me. They seem to know exactly what I'm attempting...which would mean they are telepathic.
* Whenever I see these neighbors outside, they run and hide behind parked cars so I can't get a good look at them. Why is that necessary if they are just normal noisy neighbors?

I remember one of Pythia's sermons. She stated something to the effect of...we as Satanists shouldn't dismiss different experiences that non-Satanists have just because they don't fit into the mold of our standard belief system. What these people experience can be just as valid as what we experience.

The reason I titled this post "Energy Vampires" to begin with had to do with some of the TV shows I used to watch years ago - Ghost Adventures and the Dead Files. I have experienced nearly identical things to those shows in my own life - shadow figures, orbs, spirits getting into bed with me, possession by a spirit, etc. Often on those shows, they'll have a shaman who gives his opinion of the situation...which is nearly always the same...a spirit/entity is torturing the person in order to create an energy of fear that the spirit feeds off of. It seems like something identical to this is happening to me, but in my case the spirit/entity actually has a physical body.

"that seems to be their whole reason for existence" lmao. they're creeps bro, some people are in an ugly state. you can't save everyone, and you need to save yourself first, so feel no guilt about leaving them where they are. sounds like they're sick people and obviously they're affecting your energy - you could definitely call them vampires. best thing you could do is get away from them, I'm sure you know. just like we know that it's probably not that easy for you to do or you would've already.

are the shadow figures touching you? are you seeing them during sleep paralysis, or while awake? do you feel a morbid energy, or a sort of exhilerating energy that gives you maybe an icy feeling?

Hello, I too live here in Dallas, Texas. I have moved around a few times due to terrible people and have finally found a nice area to live in. My dream home is out in a rural area on about ten acres of land so that no one can possible harass me. Although I would be taking in nature and being at peace, I would love to have animals as well. I’m a 27 year old who has been a dedicated satanist for about ten years now living in secrecy. It is important to have a quiet place to meditate so I understand your concern. Please look into moving to a rural area outside the city and asking help from Satan has always helped me. I hope this finds you in good health and spirit.
