Energy meditation and Visualization

I am new to Satanism and I'm having a hard time with getting a feel for energy. What should I expect? How does it feel? What are some ways to help me visualize better?

It can be difficult at first, friend. Just stick with it and I can assure you, you'll get the hang of it! This stuff takes time and practice. As far as what energy feels like, everybody is an individual, but for me, it kinda feels like a light buzzing sensation, the more energy, the heavier the buzzing sensation gets.

energy is hot tho i heard to some people it is cold. it feels like a layer of heat right above your skin. like it says on the jos your body is like a sponge literally breath through your skin as if there was a mouth on each body part. like try to breath in the air surrounding your body by your body .feel the air inserting through your aura and into your being *focus*.as for the visualization problem,imagine white energy all around you, 360 degrees around every body part. energy could look like fog/smoke but DO NOT VISUALIZE GREY SMOKE big no no.visualize it bright white such as the link below. it is easier to focus after doing void meditation,it really helps.after i saw the link below i found it easier to visualize and feel. it might work for you too. remember it takes practice and consistency but eventually you will get it and be able to do it without hesitation. this is just what works for me and may work for you.we are all individuals and some may experience it faster than others. i believe that even if you didnt meditate in your past lives (faster and easier) that if you just focus and really concentrate and have complete confidence that it will work. then... it will work goodluck
