Hi guys I'm a noob. I first stumbled upon JOS in 2013 but have been to busy in my workings with goverent survillence on me that I couldn't continue my spiritual path. Either way I'm wondering. Is there any way we could charge a candle to empower our birthchart? I'd like to get that back at maximum function. I've got no problematic flaws in it. And being from goverment affiliation I feel it's lost its power and technique... Also is important to protect these. I get attacks on me that kick things out of my head and in past have left trash (I've been surrounded by the enemy) learn from the attacks I've endured
