I really need to empower my venus but i can't do a venus square also bc of my living conditions

so how can i empower Venus

bc in my Both natal transit chart and Annual Profections chart and even my Solar return chart there is a lot of bad energies going to my Venus and

it does effect my current life so hardly

that im either gonna let everything go and fall into a long depressed anxious life or im gonna try to fight it and i am in the tiniest between right now

Yes, you can vibrate the shortcut of Venus.

Empowering my heart

If you want you can try to vibrate the Mantra in the Heart Chakra, even if Squares and Shortcuts are not used directly for Chakras.

The color of visualization can be Green.

You can also follow an Awareness method. You can read the characteristics of Venus and you can try to find them in your life and in your own behaviour, then a bit of introspection.

Yes you can improve and empower your Venus with its planetary mantras and the Square of Venus, but you must hold off on doing this at the present moment because Venus is in Scorpio, it’s sign of fall and it is also retrograde. So now would be the absolute worst time astrologically to do the working.

You can do this working to improve your natal Venus when it enters its home sign Libra and goes direct on November 14. This will be the greatest and most powerful time to do this working. Wish you the best of luck.

As Kouros Aionios says, definitely hold off for now, at least until November 14th. If I recall correctly, the 20th of November is a good day for a potential Venus working, square or not. You can still use the Venus mantra even outside of using it for a square, I have done this in the past.

AUM DRAAM DRIM DRAUM SAU SHUKRAYA NAMA - You can replace Nama with Svaha for an explicitly spiritual goal. As Anemos Aiteros suggested, you can also work on your heart chakra. You can try YAUM or the Runic Gebo.

Maybe cleaning can be a solution. If you feel that your 4th chakra is dirty you can clean it first. Also you can use specific AoP to protect yourself from negative planetary transits.

Also overall dirty chakras and aura can be a reason for depression, anxiety and etc

I read that there is a post-shadow period for the planet that is, Venus will start moving direct on November 14, but you need to wait until December 15. This means that Venus will have to pass through the same section of the constellation that it traversed in retrograde motion, and only after that will the influence of the retrograde fully disappear.
