If the doctor doesn't “advise/find” you or tell you to be alarmed about this, don't worry. Your brain and body will over time adapt to this new stimulation coming from your routine. But if you feel uncomfortable, decrease it for the time being.
After starting the Lakshmi mantra + munka + yoga practice, I noticed a significant increase in how often I need to urinate. Is this normal? Should I reduce the number of repetitions? All my medical tests are normal...
Is this question for real? You're really thinking you're urinating more cuz of some let's say even increased energy level within your body/soul? I doubt.
If you're encountering issues such as being too tired and exhausted or drained of energy then you should consider asking question.
The nervous system can also be connected to this. And meditation leads to “altering” and putting “pressure.” Changes in bioelectric current, stimulate the nervous system.
This is why it is recommended not to overwork, and not to mess around with it, like doing an hour of pranayama, 10,000 repetitions of mantras or whatever if you are not ready. Speed and satanism do not go together.
This is normal, the important thing is that you have included “in a positive and healthy way” in the statement. During work some situations may end, because those things are possible problems that affect you in some way, and they close.
My affirmation with Lakshmi is: I am attracting large amounts of money, clients, businesses, and opportunities in a way that is eternal and positive for me.This is normal, the important thing is that you have included “in a positive and healthy way” in the statement. During work some situations may end, because those things are possible problems that affect you in some way, and they close.
“Resistance” is always normal, as well as that for a while you may get the reverse result, which occurs because of your spell energy against your blocks, karma and others.
That's okay.
