dramatically Increasing Your Vibration

In the meditation given by HP Vovim the instruction is to vibrate the 4 pillars of the soul. My question is how exactly is this done? what should i see? what should be visualized? i thought that i was suppose to visualize molecules vibrating in the same way that fire does..i wasnt confident in what i was doing so even if this was correct it didnt work because of my confidence in my actions. so brothers and sisters what is meant by this?

also what should i spin and what should i simply vibrate?

no but ive been wondering about this long enough that i felt like He wouldve given me direction. my new relationship with Him isnt strong and He's very busy (Lord Beez.) The Gods have given me meditations and direction without me asking thats why i thought that i would ask the family. i already feel like i ask too much.
