doubt about the pineal gland

I know that human beings have atrophied pineal gland and when stimulated through meditation techniques is beginning to develop and my question is how many years it takes to reach its maximum development once we begin to stimulate it?

Like many other things, there's no set time. Always depends on 1)how atrophied it is 2)how much the person works on its pineal gland.
