I have been given two along with the obvious risks are their any spiritual downsides to losing my kidney.

I personally would do everything for my loved ones, no matter the consequences.
If I didn't, I think that my guilt would kill me spiritually because I didn't help when I could.

Is this person older or younger than you? Is this person healthy, and was the kidney damaged by things that this person did?

If it is for an old person, it makes no sense. But for a young loved one, yes.

Talk to the Gods about this and see if there is a spiritual solution that can be reasonably implemented or not. Ideally, they could be healed without you losing a kidney, or they losing theirs.
