doing everything wrong?

i'm doing the best i can on meditation and trying too feel energy, feel father or any demons, but i don't feel anything, maybe beacuse i'm a newborn? dedicated 8 days ago. i know this thing take time, sometimes i belive i can feel him but I don't know for sure, when i try too feel energy it makes my fingers and only some area's of my body tickle or like a very VERY weak electric pulse, but the funny thing is that sometimes i feel it without meditating. But i'm have big problems with trance, I do as it is stated in JoS, But how do you know when you are in a trance?

Don't worry about it. You just dedicated a week ago; this stuff takes
time. I mean, like years of time. Lots of newbies have trouble with
trance; it's hard. You'll know when you're in a trance; it feels very
strange. Like, your body feels all heavy and leaden. Hard to describe,
but you'll definitely know it when you achieve trance. As for feeling
Father or his Daemons, definitely don't worry about that now. Your
psychic senses (clairaudience/clairvoyance) aren't open, so unless
they really want you to know they're there, you probably won't feel
them at this stage. Just keep on meditating, and don't beat yourself
up if you don't feel much. Ave Satanas!

program your aura to go into a trance. when you are in a trance you should feel heavy and be patient.

thanx :) god to know :) so I well feel it very clearly when i'm in a trance, but what of the state of the mind? is it like everyday thinking? or?

I dedicated a few weeks ago and I'm only just overcoming my difficulty with entering a trance. I was lucky on my third or fourth day when I was finding it impossible to enter a trance. A faint voice in my head said to me that I must lose all distracting thoughts and focus my entire attention on my breathing and imagine the breath entering me, sitting inside me and then leaving me. The imagining part removes distracting thoughts from entering my conscious awareness aka prefrontal cortex. I have used this method since then and it has taken away my beginner's anxiety. Little thoughts still try to creep in, though and I use my senses to hear the breath enter and leave as well. I try to use as many senses as possible to focus on my breath to keep out unwanted stimuli, both internal (thoughts) and external (sounds).

As for sensing energy, I had this problem too. I still have it in a slight way but it's fast going away through my power meditation and through personalizing the meditations to be optimal for me as an individual. For example, when I clean my aura I imagine a circle around me and when I inhale I imaging a faint white light descending on me. When I exhale, I visualise the light extending toward the circle's line. When I inhale, I visualise the light brightening and becoming more. After 5 times, I can feel without a doubt a vibrant white light piercing through me and cleaning me. I use affirmations to. My affirmations contains action words that help me to visualise what the energy is doing; phrases like "burning away", "infusing in", "embedding in" ,etc. When I first tried this method, I had to stop hardly a few seconds later to escape the energy overload. That was when I knew style suited me best.

If ever you have problems with feeling energy, you can do the foundation meditations to build your sensitivity. The breath when combined with visualization as mentioned above, has made me invoke more energy than I could handle.

Props help to focus the mind. I use my breath as a prop and I also use visualizations like candles and a circle around me as in an astral temple. I hope I have been helpful. I haven't been at this long, though.
