ok this is quick while i was meditating i felt a Scratches on my chest one Scratche near my heart and one under it.
has this happend to anyone else? any help will do thanks

it did work my Guardian demon said i went to a place a old stone hall and as i was in the hall the enemy came again and i did what you said and one said of the enemy/ angels face was alight by Father Zeus blue flame. so anyway the marks are nearly gone now thank satan i am very thankfull for help brother / sister.
