Why would these enemies want to do this to me? I'm very hurt and just want it to stop. I need help banishing the enemies, what are the best ways to do this safely? I need help. This is serious.

You weren't contacted by Satan, this is an enemy hoax. Satan wouldn't tell you to buy expensive things. Instead He would tell you to use your money wisely, and try to save as much of it as you can for the future.
This may have been an enemy nordic(angel) posing as Satan in an attempt to fool you into doing needsless things entirely.

Also, if Satan wanted a message to get across it wouldn't take twelve times. It would take one time as He would make sure you were well informed about His message the first time.

Again you have NOT be contacted by Satan.

When speaking to any entity that claims to be a Demon I ask them to swear on their lives and honor that they are a demon loyal to Satan.

Demons don't mind this at all, most are very proud to say it! When I speak to a demon of Satan and I forget to ask they even remind me themselves to always ask this for security reasons.

When I speak with a specific Demon I ask them to "swear on your live and honor you are lord/lady (insert name of demon) of Satan".

Enemy entities can pretend to be of Satan but they will not dare to swear on their lives that they are demons loyal to Satan, as real demons loyal to Satan will hear them say this astrally and will come to destroy them if they dare be so arrogant to say that.

They will either give a roundabout answer or just leave right away in order to save their ugly scaly hide.

What was said, besides the banishing ritual, each night before you go to sleep do the chakra cleaning and spin, and do your AoP. Then you'll be in a better position to do the banishing ritual and seal it surrounding your room/ home. 
Final thing to do as you drift into sleep is to program Father Satan's name into your mind [on the tip of your tongue so to speak]. When you get another dream of any kind, repeat SATAN. If the dream is from Father you'll know it! If it's another enemy thing He'll take care of it! And you.

Perform a banishing ritual. Here is the link for it. NOW is a good time to begin a banishing ritual as the moon is in waning and that is the time to begin banishing rituals. I advise you do this for 40 days straight as most entities unless you are exceptionally powerful will not be destroyed by just one banishing ritual.
