Earth, duh
I heard of a member called Gear88 or Gearshift who also took psychiatric drugs. I'm not sure where he is right now, but he said that he took them. 4 of them. And, I made a theory that maybe taking those psychiatric drugs interfered with his spiritual ascension thus halting him to where he is.

Can any advanced members ask the gods on whether the those drugs really affect the spiritual body?

I can tell you about my experience, but don't take it as gospel or absolute truth. However, take it as another point to consider in reaching your own conclusion. As someone who has taken psychotropic drugs in the past, I can tell you that I don't recommend them, and I'll explain why:

Honestly, in my opinion, psychotropic drugs, like drugs, alcohol, and other substances that affect the brain, could not only lower the defenses of the aura, but also create problems when you try to develop perceptions such as astral hearing, etc.

It is an artificially induced altered state of consciousness. With the right meditation and practice, we don't need that crap. I was taking simple drugs and even they knocked me out. I slept for hours and hours. It was horrible, even antidepressants. The happiness was artificial. A healthy diet, gym, etc. are much better. Sometimes natural things like yoga, meditation, and others are much more effective than psychotropic drugs. For anxiety? Simple, gradually do the things that make you anxious more and more often, and you will develop a certain tolerance and have less anxiety.

I went from taking a lot of drugs(psycho) to taking none at all thanks to my commitment.

However, there are also positive aspects if the dose is controlled. I took a second brand of much less potent psychotropic drugs for anxiety, which gradually helped me overcome a very bad phase, and they worked. I also gradually stopped taking them, as one should do. They must be taken with caution, and most of the time they are not even necessary, except in very serious cases.

(There may be translation errors; I don't know why it sometimes translates psychotropic drugs as drugs.)

Sometimes a person is in an unbalanced state where they need psychiatric drugs in rather serious cases.

If this is the case, it should be small, manageable doses with the end goal being to do healing workings and tapering off of them gradually.

While the ideal circumstance is to never need these or take them, if someone is having serious mental health issues and symptoms if they don't take them, it would be better to take them to stabilize and work on getting off of these when they are healthier mentally and free of these issues.

I'm speaking from personal experience here.
I had to take psychiatric drugs when I was much younger to stabilize manifested problems from marijuana, illegal drug use, and congenital mental issues.

Our guardian Daemons and Father Zeus assist also with navigating these serious circumstances and what to do usually will come to us with signs, communication and strong feelings.

Yes, in large doses and overtime these drugs are harmful and damaging.

But one can also severely destroy their life in almost irreparable ways if they are mentally unstable and are acting in ways that could get them institutionalized in a psychiatric hosptial or they commit a crime that ends with them in prison.
