You are right about the power being gained from in person interactions. I have two Satanists living with me now. One was actually out of state and was in a lot of trouble. I met him through one of my Satanic friends. He was being attacked immensely prior to our in person interactions. After I met him, and he started being around me, the attacks went away.
Since I am an advanced Satanist my aura is rather influencing and has a strong Satanic energy to it. Worst that has happened so far is that I was bombarded with negative energy on the trip back. Magick is essentially energy gathered and programmed to do thine bidding. A curse is negative energy gathered and programmed to do something nasty. I felt a huge of negative gathered and being sent my way. I ended pulling over somewhere and dealing with it. Everything was fine after that.
Another bonus about being in person with a Satanists is that energies mingle. My friend here, even though a newbie has a very powerful soul. So while my aura is influencing and stimulating his aura, his is doing the same in return to mine. So we naturally grow around each other.
