Hello Zevist family, I have a question about my Neptune placement:
My Neptune is in acquarius in the 5th house, and one of its aspect is opposition with the Sun, do I have a Prominent Neptune?

A prominent Neptune, when positive, is related to higher sensitivity, transcending art, the kind of music that elevates people to higher frequencies, but, also excessive daydreaming, high usage of drugs and drinking, people projecting themselves in you (their dreams, their hopes, their faults, their problems), seeing a love relationship as 'perfect' (when it is obviously not). The same planet related to higher states of the mind is associated with illusions.

-Neptune in the 1st house (Neptune is a chart ruler)
-Neptune conjunct an angle (such as in the 12th house but conjunct AC, or conjunct DC, MC, IC)
-Neptune is retrograde (Rx)
-Neptune on a critical degree
-Neptune conjunct a chart ruler
This is what High Priestess wrote about it. You don't have Pisces Ascendant, Neptune is not in the 1st house, and since the only aspect you mention is opposition I assume there is no conjunction with a chart ruler. A planet in the 5th cannot conjunct an angle in Placidus.
In this case, you probably have other planets more prominent than Neptune in your chart, namely your chart ruler. If a transcendental planet is not a chart ruler, or in conjunction with a chart ruler or angle, its effects will be read through aspects to personal planets. Generational planets move very slowly, everyone who was born between 1998–2011 has Neptune in Aquarius so it doesn't have a personal interpretation.
Check if your Neptune is on an important degree: https://templeofzeus.org/Degrees.php if it is Rx, and if it has multiple main aspects other than the Sun opposition. Sun-Neptune aspect does have a personal meaning for you, especially if the orb is tight:
Sun/Neptune
This aspect brings confusion about the self, and self-deception. These people are often confused as to their abilities and personal self. These people sometimes feel over confident, other times they doubt their abilities. Growing up, there was often much confusion in the home, especially with the hard aspects. One or both parents may have been inconsistent in the areas of setting rules, administering discipline and such. This aspect [especially with the hard aspects- the conjunction, square, opposition and inconjunct] indicates a father who was addicted to alcohol and/or drugs. Sun/Neptune hard aspects are often present in the charts of those who have a weak father. Many, again with the hard aspects, were victimized by their father in some way, even if the father did not intend this. Bad advice from the father when growing up and often a general bad example is common with the hard aspects. The soft aspects such as the sextile and trine give strongly developed intuition and psychic abilities. The soft aspects can also bestow creative talent in the arts, in acting and with dancing.
If the orb is not tight and your Sun is somehow strong, which it is in Leo, you will not experience the worst of it. Maybe your father gave you bad advice in the past and didn't keep some promises etc. but is not addicted to alcohol and other bad things said above. There are many things that needs to be considered and the chart needs to be interpreted as a whole.
Your most prominent planet is your chart ruler. If it is Scorpio and the Pluto is in the 1st house, Pluto would be personally important to you even if it is a transcendental planet.
