I'm not sure you know the difference between these things.
The chakras are (as simply as I can explain them) spiritual gateways to give and receive energy into ourselves.
The DNA is essentially the "blueprints" for what cells are made of, what they do, and are basically the instruction manual on how our body works.
Therefore, I really don't think there's a need to cleanse your DNA since it's what's in the mortal plane. When you cleanse your chakras and aura that's done in the astral realm.

Chakras are connected to our organs via little tiny links called nadis, and we have 144,000 of them. So, if you had a really damaged chakra the organs it controlled would suffer as a result. I think our DNA was made with the four elements--it has four parts to it, A, T, C and G (I think one or two of those is wrong, but you get the point). Anyways, Satan genetically engineered us to be able to advance and become as the Gods. I know that you can alter your DNA with biokinesis, like changing your eye and hair color and the Magnum Opus would have to alter some part of it. I know this doesn't exactly answer your question, but I hope it gave you incite.
