Disgusting dream, an omen for a diseases?

I saw my city road with full of disgust, dirt, it was raining hard, dirty sewage water, I even saw a rat like white pink creature came out of a road hole it was disgusting, I was walking this road and I had some relatives with me, I was cautious and felt disgusting and at the end I swallowed undigested food that was in my mouth and I felt like puking seeing this all trash on the road but I didn't puke.

Depends on a lot of things. I would definitely understand that something unexpected by you will happen. A situation , circumstance, changing times. This however is not always negative.
