Directing orgasm thru the 3rd eye?

Greetings Family. I'm struggling with meditating on my 3rd eye, so I want to direct orgasm thru it to help establish an uptake. Do i send the energy up the front extensions and thru it, or up the middle and out thru it? Also with the normal meditation, when looking at it, must i physically look in hugs direction or try to see with it instead of my physical eyes?
