Difficulty astral projection

Good day family,
Whenever my spirit body is drifting out of my physical body, other part come out successfully but i get stuck in my head and it's noisy and painful in my head. It's suprising because the environment is extremely quiet. What could it be? Could it be the eletrical appliances in the room, my mobile phone? Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure if it would help, but you can always try turning off the electrical appliances. Also, Before attempting to astral project, spend some time on void meditation to completely quiet the thoughts in your mind so you can totally focus on what you are doing.And make sure your crown chakra isn't blocked. You are right about the crown chakra, i have never felt the bliss whenever i tried to open it and i thought wasn't everyone who feels the pleasure but i'm wrong now. More so there have being a very strong pressure in my throat chakra recently and this could also mean that my sixth chakra as closed up again.
