This happens several times, when I am about to leave the body something pulls me in, my body goes into a vibrational state and when I am about to leave the body something pulls me in, I start to get anxious and my heart rate speeds up, what problem should I be having with the exploded qur?

Yes. This is exactly what I experienced as a teen. I also had the auditory hallucinations and vibrations. I've had alot of almost astral projection moments and one of them went all the way for a brief moment
