Did I do it wrong?

I am very new to satanism and I finaly worked up the courage to do the dedication. Or atleast I tried to. I got everthing I needed. And I had even sighned my name. But I got scared out of nowere and couldn't light the candle. So I decided to sleep on it and see if I felt better the next day. And I did! And my parents were gone so I saw it as my chance to finish. So I burned the paper from the night before. And I felt great for the rest of the day. But I haven't had anything happen and I'm just not sure what to do now. If I need to re-do the ritual I will. But I decided to ask someone first since I read that I shouldn't do rituals more than once. But if I did it wrong I just need to know what I should do. I apologize if this is all just....plain stupid. But I'm just lost. And I'm a little embarrassed that I couldn't figure it out on my own.

No the first try is valad no matter what, Doing the dedication is a big step and i understand why your frightened, But Spiritual Satanism is about overcoming your fears to the point where you are in fact fearless, It is about gaining knowlage and making your life better. We are worriors of father Satan and we have no room for fear. As for what to do next, we have 2 major feilds, Meditation and exposing christianity. Bolth are very manditory in order to help father regain this earth from the churches.

Thank you. I have gotten over my fear by now. And I have been meditating or atleast trying to once or twice a day for as long as I can (but it's hard with family around )
