Depression defeated, thank you family

Leaving this out here that I thank the ToZ for getting me past being sad and worried over life.

I found my purpose again and pretty much, I hope to not lose it this time.

I found my purpose again and pretty much, I hope to not lose it this time.

and also, time I get past more hurdles myself and whatever else awaits me.

Time to be more active even if I have to multitask college and work.

Congratulations, I also curated myself from my deep quickly, I was 12 years old and the depression lasted until my 15, I did the cleaning work and the depression disappeared.

I tried suicide more than 7 times, thanks to meditations I curated me

Continue to be optimistic.
negativity is a tool, not a reactionary system inside us.
You cannot help others if you do not understand the self first.

The challenge, the suffering, shows you what you are capable of in life. If one isn't tested into action, then it only remains as potentiality.

You were formidable and courageous, sincere and heartfelt congratulations because it is not easy to overcome depression, it is a totally impassable path and in the fog. But you made it out and that's a great merit, I'm glad for that. Congratulations!
