I don't know if it would be considered blasphemy, since the Demons themselves don't seem to mind, but yes, they were ancient Gods and Goddesses worshiped by ancient pagan peoples.  And yes, they were demonized by the xian's.  They have been known as Demon's for so long that it would take a conscious effort by a multitude of people to change that terminology across the board, so to speak.

Actually the word you are referring to is "Daemon", which were helpful spirits, and aided humans in every day tasks, as well as with magick.

No matter how you call them, D(a)emons refers to the same beings.

And it is only in english that has 2 alternate spellings. In Greek where the original word comes from, exacly the same word with the same spelling is used to refer to xian slander against our Gods, as well as the helpful spirits in ancient mythology. Because that's where xianity stole this from.

Exactly! That's why I've taken to spelling it 'daemon', so as to
differentiate. I think the Gods don't mind us calling them daemons,
because they know that we mean it in the Greek sense, not to
imply that they're malignant.

Hey, it took me forever to find a group like this. I need some help, theres a demon thats been around me for 3 years now. He speaks to me in my dreams. His name is Adam I'm not sure what he wants. I don't have much experience in dealing with demons I'm just studying! He's trapped and needs help, he told me he was betrayed by someone close to him and now his stuck somewhere. I want to help him but I can't. PLEASE HELP ME! I WANT TO SAVE HIM!

Are you sure this being is not a human ghost?He has a human name and certainly does sound like a spirit/ghost. His story seems as if he was a human and died because somebody betrayed him and now wants to solve his problem so he can move to the astral like normal ghosts do. Many ghosts get trapped because of a problem which caused their death.

The Gods/Demons are lots powerful and can't be trapped anymore. They were trapped at one point, but all of them are free now. They're united and don't betray eachother as they have common enemies to fight against. They don't have enemy/biblical names like "Adam".

And yes, you can help him. Just wait next time he contacts you and ask him what he wants and how you can help him.

I totally agree with "the_fire_starter666" - From my experiences DEMONS or as I prefer DAEMONS or TEACHERS have better things to do than to disturb anyone.  These TEACHERS are very busy, but are willing to help those who ask IN A RESPECTFUL manner.  I have to agree that you are being bothered be either a "ghost" (if you will) or by one of jewah's impostors.  I would suggest that you "clean" your CHAKRA's and call on Father SATAN next time you are bothered.  Hope this helps   Frank SATANISLORD13

In the JOS website under Gods we have the Gods Frimost and Frucissiere. Both of these are supposed to be under the Duke Syrach, but I can't find Syrach listed under any of the Gods. Is there another name for him?

I also noticed when reading names of the gods that, many more of them are under this "Syrach" ... also notice that Maxine uses "Syrach" Quotations.
