Deflecting negative energy/getting hexed

If we absorb Golden healing energy into a certain chakra and program it with the affirmation: "I am absorbing powerful golden healing energy into my _____ chakra that is deflecting absolutely all negative energy at absolutley all time" would this energy go back to the past and start sending back all the nagative influences that has occured within that chakra seeing as how my subconsiouss mind would take the "all times" part as literal? I ask this because it seems like when I do this It still feels the negative energy is still there and growing stronger. The only other explaination would be that im getting cursed and when I try to deflect, whovever I am sending it to is just getting angrier as I do this.
