When I preform the dedication ritual does the whole thing have to be written in blood, or just my signature? Also do I sign where it says to put your name, or do I write my name there AND sign it again at the bottom?

No. Don't write the whole prayer in ur blood. In ink.

Where it says, "(state your full name)", write ur full name in blood there. Make sure u leave sufficient space in the prayer for ur full name.

Recite & Burn the prayer.
That's it!
