hello brothers and sisters

i was at the movies and this commercial came, it was about a family that moved to this house. then day by day weird things started happening. first birds started crashing to the windows and the people started getting hurt. at the end of the commercial the shadow of a grey appeared behind a person. did the goverment just expose themselves with this movie? tell me about what you think about this movie. also btw i was meditating and when i finished i felt like if i drank monster. my legs felt like if they were gonna tremble but they didnt also when i went to bed i couldnt sleep until like 50 minutes longer, i just wanted to run like 5 miles with all that energy. is this normal because im kinda new. thanks for your time!
