My stupid ass xian mother fell off a ladder and literally broke her back. Well now somehow MINE IS FUCKED UP TOO FOR NO REASON!

Did that stupid Xian curse me or something!?
Because I didn't do a damn thing to injure myself and now I can't even stand up straight!

I've heard that scum like this attach to the aura when you're related to them to fuck up your life but this is ridiculous!

Everything I do to try and relax it only makes it worse later!

This is retarded! I can't powerlift if I can't move my damn back!

mostly healed. I just never have any leg room to relax so I wind up contorting myself and when I have to empty out my inbox and do other internet warfare for hours on end it takes a toll.I think what really set it off though was the yoga exercises I tried doing and I overflexed it.
Also to the people who sent me private replies do NOT give out your private information like that.It is a HUGE security risk to randomly throw out your phone number and address.

No, I figured it out. I fucked up during a yoga meditation and only felt the damage the next morning.Somehow I overflexed my spine doing a yoga warmup.
