I can say from experience that if you meditate and empower your soul your nerves heal. It's all connected. I know I have some nerve issues but they're much smaller than before and I can run like a beast whereas before I couldn't. It's really awesome what power meditations do for the body, mind and soul. We are really lucky to have this information. Thanks Satan!

My ulnar nerve in my left arm was lacerated when I was younger and had a surgery to reconnect some of the nerves. I still cannot do things such as close my fingers together or spread them. I was wondering how or if I can completely heal the damage done as if nothing happened or if there are any herbs or other natural ways to help.
