My daily routine
So far I've got:
5 Tibetans
Aura Cleansing, Aura Protection, Void Meditation
Chakra Alignment, Chakra Spinning
Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga
Affirmations
All in all this takes me around 90mins or less, haven't tracked it that closely. Been doing this new schedule for a few weeks or so. Sometimes I do a bit of trance work before I sleep. I'm trying to get the hang of that so I can AP. Also, what effects have people had from Hatha and Kundalini Yoga? To me it feels good, I get a pulsing energy buzz for a bit, but so far the effects must be pretty subtle in my case.
What's your daily routine like, brothers and sisters?
And are there any "must-do" meditations that you would recommend for daily practice?
