This is the meditation program that I always try to follow:

- Vibrate SURYA or RAUM into your soul 100 times or 216 times while visualizing yourself engulfed in brilliant white-gold light. Focus the vibration into your entire soul. *Visualizing light as bright as the Sun and reciting the solar mantra is very powerful in cleaning the soul of all negative energies.

c. After your aura becomes clean, then it's time to work on one chakra at a time, cleaning it with the light scanning from the wide part to the tapered tip. This can be done anywhere from 5 to 25 or more times.
*Only work on one chakra at a time until it is clean, then go onto another. Don't work on more than one. This must be done daily in order to prevent more astral dirt which surfaces from getting a foothold in reality.

d. Positive affirmations should be stated 3 times or so following the cleaning, such as "I am always safe, secure and protected in every way and at all times.”
*When stating affirmations like the one above, it is important to feel your aura and soul. Tune into feeling your aura and soul and focus while reciting the affirmations.

Stormblood are you still practicing falun dafa?? what are the effects off it??

I'm not because I'm extremely on time, but the effects are amazing. I will definitely pick it up again at some point. I suggest you try and see it yourself. Other useful routines that go well with yoga and our path are other types of qigong. For example, you can look into Lee Holden's videos and Mimi Kuo-Deemer on YouTube.
