Many of us has seen Father, astrally. If you meant physically, then that's not possible right now. Father and all the Demons of Hell are in Duat/Hell.

Seriously? where did you get that information? H.P. Maxine said that he even touched her. I'ts quite obvious she has seen him. 
It's not that big of a deal; two people on Earth can see each other in such manner even if they haven't seen each other in their lives. If they have some sort of connection to stabilize a telephatic relation in astral dimension, whereas they see each other's spirit\astral form, which is exact mirror of their real physical form.

Yes, there are people who have seen Him. Spiritually obviously, on the astral, not on the physical plane (or else He'd be on Earth for that to happen).By the way, it's "S"atan, not satan....
