Curiosity of Satanism. please advise

Yes. I am an agnostic with many skeptical views on any and all religious beliefs and supernatural things. This is only because I want proof myself rather than always hearing about it from man's word. However I do believe in spirits and Gods exist both who we know of and many we dont.

I have much interest in the beliefs of Satanism however I did not devote myself yet to this. And this is where my question comes in:

If i want to try to communicate with Satan himself or one of the other demons that reside with Satan, do I have to commit myself first? because in my self it would feel like a lie then to do it. so if i first want to ask certain questions partaining the true history or even jus to talk and see myself that they are there, what better to ask then one the Old Gods themselves?

Will anything of negative occurence happen if i perform the ritual and practices to talk to one of them knowing my purpose of curiosity because i havent committed myself to Satanism? Please useful suggestions would be utterly appreciated. Thank you.

Well Satan can be very skeptical twards outsiders because he does not know what your intentions are. But i would read through the JoS on how to communicate with Satan or the Gods, if you dont already know...

You don't have to dedicate to ask the Gods, the Dedication means that YOU ALREADY KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT THEM AND HAVE NO DOUBTS.

Much of your second question depends on the first so there's no much to explain about that. In order to contact the Gods you just need to awaken your *ASTRAL SENSES* through power meditation techniques (upper chakras mostly).

Oh and Satanism is not based much in the existance of the Gods but in spiritual workings and other things to empower your soul and reach Godhead. The Gods are here to help humanity in that If you aren't really willing to start a meditation/yoga program and follow it every day then that means Satanism is not for you.

Satan isn't all-knowing (don't forget He is a real physical being, not a force, God means just He is immortal, like how we are to become with His guidance. There's no omniscient or omnipresent being, this thing is a RHP invention.) but He knows your intention. The dedication ritual is a TEST OF STRENGTH you do actually to deprogram yourself from the lies you were taught. There is also this thing aside from the intention needed, the STRENGTH TO OVERCOME YOUR FEARS.

If you go into this just looking for results, you will come up with nothing, it's like meditation, it's about intent, not expectation.

I would suggest you stay away from summoning a Demon since you're not dedicated, some of the Demons don't like outsiders period.
