Cousin Marriage

Hello. My mother and father are first cousins. But I don't want you to judge them. Because of islam, cousin marriage has become normalized. Before islam, Turks had a tradition of counting 7 ancestors. If two people had one of their seven ancestors in common, they could not marry. My siblings and I have no problems in terms of intelligence or appearance. However, from what I have observed, we are more prone to depression than other people. Does this situation have any harm to the soul and karma?

Greetings. I advise you to use the "seven ancestors" method and do what you can to make a better future for your children. The closer the parents are by blood the more dangerous it is for the baby. First cousins having babies is really risky, but at least you don't have physical or mental problems. Your tendency towards depression is part of soul karma, but you can work that out during this present incarnation and secure a better future for your children and your next incarnation(s).

I don't know all seven of my ancestors lol. I once worked on breaking negative karma. I will do it again in the future. Thank you for your answer.
