correct way to visualize the chakras

hello ToZ community!

many people visualize the chakra as a ball, but in the ToZ teach that are like pyramids? (That I have not very clear) http://gblt.webs.com/Chakras666.htm

also the shape of the heart chakra according to the ToZ is like a yoni

but not how it should visualize.. (it should be in 3d)

I guess You meant 5-sided (4 triangular sides and a rectangular base).
The solids on pictures are 4-sided (2 penetrating 4-sided solids).

I just felt the need to clarify, mostly to myself lol.
Still, it's good to know there is something I've been doing right right from the start

PS: About spinning: if I spin a pyramid (around it's height), it becomes a cone, right?It turned into kinda mathematical post, heh.

I read it's the shape of a funnel, I guess you can visualize however you want, just as long as you feel pressure on the chakras
